The private collection of centuries-old samurai armour exhibited at the exhibition BUŠIDÓ! was digitally scanned in cooperation with Ark Atlantis, i.e. subjected to thorough photo documentation. We used the scan to create a unique NFT that combines the historical context of the prose from the Iroha Uta collection and the scanned digital twin of the Yoroi Myochin Munesuke armor. The sale of the NFT will be launched by auction at the exhibition opening on May 20, 2022 and will run for the duration of the exhibition, TJ until June 21, 2022. In addition to the gallery commission, proceeds from the NFT will benefit the Public Cultural Heritage Digitization Project. This is a pilot project that will be followed up in future auctions.
